CSP, Incharge, BOB, shot dead in Sitamarhi, Rs 4.93 lakh cash looted

Sitamarhi : Three unidentified motorbike borne  criminals shot dead Bank of Baroda (BOB) Customer Service Point (CSP) Incharge, village Patahi, Munesh Kumar, 32, near village Pchatakki under Bairgania police station in Sitamarhi district on April 15, 2019. They also looted Rs 4.93 lakh cash from the deceased and fled away towards Ghorasahan.

Munesh and his younger brother Mithilesh were going to village Patahi on a motorbike after with drawing money from Bank of Baroda, Bairgania branch. The criminals intercepted them and ten fired on them but Mithilesh escaped unhurt. The critically injured Munesh was admitted to a private nursing home at Sitamarhi where the doctors pronounced him brought dead.
Police are yet to identify the criminals involved in cash loot and murder.
