Bokaro ( Jharkhand) : Paying respect to all religions and acknowledging the fervour of ‘Sarvadharma’ Delhi Public School Bokaro, Jharkhand, on April 15, 2019, commemorated the rich tradition of India, whose several states celebrate their ‘New Year’ during this period almost at the same time which includes ‘Poila Baishakh’ of Bengal, ‘Bihu’ of Assam, ‘Baishkahi’ of Punjab, and ‘Vishu’ of Kerala.
Calling upon the teaching fraternity, Principal, DPS Bokaro, A S Gangwar, urged the teachers to teach Indian values to the students for creating a congenial environment who in turn will carry forward this rich legacy to the torch bearers of tomorrow. “Education is incomplete without the inculcation of ethics and values of Indian society which has been the success “Mantra” of our country since Pre- Vedic period,” said Principal Gangwar while interacting with the teachers. He expected the teachers to do their best to bring out a positive change in the students and through them in the society.
Vice-Principals Pravin Kumar Sharma, Dr Manisha Tiwari, Headmaster Anjani Bhushan, Headmistresses Shalini Sharma and Manisha Sharma besides senior teachers Ashok Singh, Mahua Singh and Anindita Bhadra were prominent among those present on the occasion.
