Muzaffarpur : Criminals shot dead an employee of Bandhan Bank near village Rampur under Sahebganj police station in Muzaffarpur district and looted about Rs 1.5 lakh cash from him on January 6 evening. The criminals also looted his bike and cellphone. The private bank staff died while being taken to the hospital.
DSP, West, Muzaffarpur, reached the spot and started probe into the incident. SSP Vivek Kumar directed the police officials concerned to arrest the criminals at the earliest. Sources said the criminals were riding two bikes.
It may be mentioned here that just few days back, criminals had shot at injured a Bandhan Bank employee in Gopalganj district and looted over Rs 1 lakh cash from him.
