Bettiah : Some criminals looted Rs 65,000 cash from a tobacco dealer Shankar Shah of village Sikta under Sikta police station in West Champaran district on Indo-Nepal border near cinema hall border chowk on June 3, 2017.

The criminals looted cash from Shankar Shah when he was going to Narakatiaganj market. The trader has lodged a case with Sikta police station against Sunil Kumar of village Narsinghpur under Sikta police station, Ashok Kumar Gupta and Prakash Rauniyar of Parsa district in Nepal, in this connection. SHO, Sikta police station, Abhimanyu Kumar Singh on June 4 said hat police are investigating into the incident but no arrest has been made so far.
