Criminals loot Rs 12.38 lakh from petrol pump manager in Sitamarhi

Sitamarhi: Two motorcycle borne unidentified criminals  looted Rs 12.38 Lakh from a petrol pump manager near village Bajitpur on NH 77 under Dumra police station in Sitamarhi district on January 30, 2017, at gun pointy.

The petrol pump manager along with driver was going to deposit the sale proceeds in a bank by a car. The criminals chased his car and forced the driver to stop the vehicle at gun point. After snatching the bag containing money, they fled away on bike towards Muzaffarpur. Police investigation is underway but none has been arrested in this
connection so far. Around a year back too, cash was also looted from this petrol pump. The pump belongs to former  Sitamarhi RJD MP Sita Ram Yadav.
