Criminals loot jewellery, cash, electronic goods at Saharsa

Saharsa : Four armed criminals looted cash, jewellery and electronic goods including a Laptop and TV set from a house in Sarahi colony under Sadar police station, Saharsa, after making the inmates hostage at gun point late February 12 night.

Rehana Khatoon, the house owner, lodged a complaint with Sadar Police station, Saharsa, in this connection. Police, however, are yet to arrest any criminal. Rehana’s husband workers in Delhi and she lives at Saharsa with her children at her underconstruction house in Sarahi colony. The criminals had covered their faces and entered Rehana’s house through staircase. SHO, Sadar police station, Bhai Bharat, said the police were investigating the case and added that two criminals were involved in the loot.
