Patna : The COVID-19 cases rose to 1,84,276 in Bihar on October 1, 2020, afternoon, as 1,370 persons including 259 from Patna, 96 from Purnia, 80 from East Champaran, and 44 from Bhagalpur, tested positive to it on September 30, 2020.
Of the 1,84,276 COVID cases reported in the state so far, a total of 1,70,867 patients have been declared cured including 1,242 during last 24 hours with the recovery rate being 92.72%. The State has tested 73,86,521 samples till date including 1,20,371 samples on September 30, 2020. The COVID-19 toll increased to 906 in Bihar on October 1 with two new deaths being reported in the state during last 24 hours including one from Patna.
