Ara : An Ara court on August 25, 2018, issued proclamation notice (Ishtehar) against five named accused in a case of murder of Bimlesh Sah alias Chhotu, arson and stripping of a woman and parading her naked through the street on August 20, 2018, at Bihia in Bhojpur district.
The five accused are : Raja Sah, Rakesh alias Shubham of Damodarpur, Gunga alias Babua of Dhangai-Shivganj, Pintu and Vishnu of Hospital road, Bihia. The police had arrested 17 accused but five are still absconding.
Bhojpur SP Awakash Kumar on August 26, 2018, said that 17 persons were arrested and sent to jail in connection with murder and stripping of a woman at Bihia under the same police station but five are still absconding and so the police moved the court against them and the court issued ‘Ishtehar’ against all the five. The SP said that now the ‘Ishtehar’ will be pasted on the walls of the house of these accused and added after that police will move the door of the court for issuance of warrant for property attachment against them.
