Court issues arrest warrant against former CDPO, Bagaha 2 block

Bagaha : The court of ACJM, Bagaha, Krishna Kumar, on February 16, 2018, issued a warrant of arrest against former Child Development Project Officer (CDPO) Bagaha-2 block, Sabina Ahmad, for not appearing in the court despite issuance of summons.

According to a complaint case filed by Shyamsundar Ram of village Samarkol under Bagaha town police station, his wife Poonam Devi’ was selected for Aanganeadi centre no. 355 as Sevika but the then CDPO of Bagaha Sabina Ahmad had allegedly demanded Rs 2 lakh cash for giving her training. AS he failed to meet her demand, his wife’s selection was rejected, the complainant claimed. He alleged that the CDPO had also used derogatory language against him.
