Raxaul ( East Champaran) :    The  Consulate General  of India at Birgunj, Nepal, organized the third yoga workshop at Gaur rice  mill ground in Rautahat district to mark the International yoga week on Tuesday. Around 200 people including women , children , elderly persons old and senior administrative officials and policemen of Nepal overnment  attended the programme.

The  Chief district Officer ( CDO), Rautahat, Narhari Baral  was the chief guest. The workshop was organized in association with Nepal India Friendship Association and Patanjali Yog Sansthan. Ravi Shankar Mani Pandey, a Yoga teacher from Indian council for cultural relation, New Delhi, demonstrated a number of yoga asans at the workshop elaborating in detail their benefits for health and also suggested solutions to health problems of the participants. ,Earlier  two  workshops  of yoga were organized  in Parsa and Bara  districts in Nepal .
