Patna: Some unidentified miscreants shot at and injured a college student Ritwik Prajapati in a lane behind Krishna Apartment under S K Puri police station, Patna, on October 24, 2018, triggering panic in the area.
Police said that the injured youth is a student of AN College, Patna, and hails from Sitamarhi district in North Bihar. Police attributed the incident to some dispute and said that some students had been detained in this connection.
SHO, S K Puri police station, said that bullet hit the abdomen of the student and he has been admitted to a private hospital in Patliputra Colony.
On getting information, senior police officers reached the spot. The statement of the injured student had not been recorded till the time filing this report.
