Bagaha : A state vigilante investigation bureau team led by DSP Vinay Kumar Singh arrested red handed Circle Officer (CO), Bhitaha circle in West Champaran district, Chand Bihari Sharan, on March 1,2017, accepting Rs 10,000 as bribe from one Pradip Mani Tiwari of village B B Banakatwa under River police station, Bagaha, from collectorate gate at Bettiah. According to DSP Vinay Kumar Singh, the CO had called Pradip Mani Tiwari at Bettiah for correction of his revenue Jamabandi record, which is being computerised at West Champaran district headquarters, Bettiah.
