Class X girl gangraped twice in 7 months in Saran, 2 teachers held

Patna : Gang rape of a Class X girl of a private school at Parsagarh under Ekma police station in Saran district twice during last 7 months has come to surface creating sensation in the area. Police have arrested two teachers of the school in this connection whose names figured among the 18 named accused.

A Class X girl of Visheshwar Vidya Niketan was first gangraped on the school premises in December 2017 and again on July 4, 2018, at village Parasgadh. The girl lodged an FIR with Ekma police station on July 6, 2018, against 18 named accused in this connection after she was gangraped for the second time on July 4.

The two arrested school teachers have been identified as Uday Kumar and Balaji. The girl’s father is a farmer. Medical examination of the girl has been conducted and its report is awaited. The girl alleged that she was also raped in December 2017. Sho, Ekma police station, confirmed the incident of gang rape of the girl. Police are searching for the remaining accused, the SHO said.
