Ara : Ashutosh Kumar, 12, a class V student of Bal Shiksha Niketan Residential School located on Nayaka Tola-Bauli main road under Jagdishpur police station in Bhojpur district went missing from August 30, 2018, evening, from the hostel of the school. His family members have lodged a written complaint with SHO, Jagdishpur police station, against the hostel superintendent in this connection.

SHO, Jagdishpur police station, Dharmendra Bharti, said that Ashutosh Kumar, son of Dhruv Kumar Singh of village Araila under Tier police station, was living at the hostel for the last two years. On August 30, he went missing and when the matter came to the knowledge of the school and hostel management, they immediately informed the family members of the student.

The family members and others searched for Ashutosh Kumar and when they failed to locate him, they lodged a complaint with police holding the hostel superintendent responsible for the disappearance of Ashutosh. The SHO said that police were searching for the student and also quizzing the school management including the hostel superintendent.
