Clash at Muzaffarpur village, DM & SP pelted with stones

Muzaffarpur : About a dozen persons were injured in a clash between two groups at village Damodarpur under Kanti police station in Muzaffarpur police station on November 25, 2017, Both the groups resorted to brickbatting during the clash which lasted for almost two hours. When the DM and SP, Muzaffarpur, reached there, they were also pelted with stones.

Police had to resort to lathicharge to disperse the members of the warring groups. Force from even adjoining police stations rushed to the spot to help the local police handle the situation. The clash started when some youth, who were playing Carromboard at the local RSS office, were attacked by five members of the rival group. The clash soon took a violent turn and several bikes were damaged. Police arrested several persons in connection with the incident.
