Motihari : Sudhir Kumar Sinha, Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), Motihari, was placed under suspension on January 7, 2021, by an order of Patna High Court in view of a disciplinary proceeding pending against him.
N K Pandey, Registrar General, Patna High Court, in a letter to District and Sessions Judge, East Champaran, has said that as a disciplinary proceeding is pending against Sudhir Kumar Sinha, CJM, Motihari, in High Court, he has been placed under
suspension with immediate effect and till the pendency of inquiry or until further orders, his headquarters has been attached with the District Judgeship at Motihari.
