Children’s Day Celebration at DPS Chas

Chas ( Jharkhand) : A special assembly was conducted by DPS Chas in Bokaro District, Jharkhand, on the occasion of Children’s Day. The programme began with the prayer by Principal Neel Kamal Sinha followed by Shanti Mantra by the Pre-Primary Teachers. Various activities were organised and performed by the Primary Teachers.

The day had a theme of love and affection towards children. A beautiful song “Hoga Kal Sunhera” was sung by pre-primary teachers.Tthe thought of the day was presented by Anamika Kumari, News were presented by Soni Kumar. A motivational speech was delivered by Pratik inspiring children to attain the goal by proper time management and discipline and be a better citizen of the world. A mesmerising dance was performed by Ahona Ghoshal with the students tapping their fee.
The Principal of the school concluded the assembly wishing the students Happy Children’s Day emphasising on the role of a child in  the society. She also conveyed the warm wishes for Children’s Day by Chief Mentor Dr Hemalata S Mohan and Pro Vice Chairman of the school N Murlidharan. Suresh Agarwal, Secretary, DS Memorial Society,Teachers and staff were present on the occasion.
