New Delhi : The Chairperson, Lokpal, Justice Pinaki Chandra Ghose, administered the oath of office to 8 newly appointed Members of Lokpal at a function organised here on March 27, 2019.
The eight Members administered oath of office on March 27 were : Justice Dilip Babasaheb Bhosale, Justice Pradeep Kumar Mohanty, Justice Abhilasha Kumari, Justice Ajay Kumar Tripathi (all Judicial Members), Dinesh Kumar Jain, Archana Ramasundaram, Mahender Singh, and Dr Indrajeet Prasad Gautam ( all Non-Judicial Members).
Secretary DoPT, Dr C Chandramouli, Central Vigilance Commissioner (CVC) K V Chowdary, Director, Intelligence Bureau (IB), Rajiv Jain and other dignitaries were also present on the occasion, according to a PIB release.
The President of India Ram Nath Kovind had on March 23, 2019, administered the oath of office to Justice Ghose as the country’s first Lokpal.
