Cecchinato & Schwartzman to clash in ATP Argentina Open final

Patna : World No 18 and 3rd seed Marco Cecchinato, 26, Italy, and World 19 and 4th seed Diego Schwartzman, 26, Argentina, will clash in the final of  ATP Buenos Aires also known as ATP Argentina Open, a 250 points event, at Buenos Aires, Argentina, at 10.30 pm on February 17, 2019.

Schwartzman beat top seed and World No 8 Dominic Thiem, 25, Austria, in three-sets 2-6, 6-4, 7-6 in 2hr 31 minutes in the semi-finals February 17 early morning. Defending champion Thiem won 7 break points to 6  by Schwartzman. Both the players won 4 games each in a row in the match. Thiem served 2 Aces to 1 by Schwartzman. Schwartzman committed 8 double faults to 4 by Thiem.

Cecchinato had defeated World No 50 Guido Pella, 28, Argentina, in the first semi-final 6-4, 6-2 on February 16, 2019.
