Muzaffarpur : The CBI has asked for details of 103 students of Sri Krishna Medical College Hospital (SKMCH), Muzaffarpur, after it came to know during its probe into Vyapam scam that 103 students were fake not genuine. The CBI has so far visited SKMCH thrice. Sources said that the CBI was, in fact, inquiring into the admission of 5,500 MBBS student of different medical colleges across the state.
The CBI has asked for records of 103 MBBS students of SKMCH, who were admitted to the college since 2011, from the principal of the college. The SKMCH principal has been asked to supply photographs, name, address, signature samples, thumb impression and other details of these 103 students. It has also requested the SKMCH principal to display the photographs of all the MBBS students of the college on the campus. SKMCH principal Dr Vikas Kumar said that he had initiated steps to comply with CBI directives.
