Buxar : Police arrested three miscreants from village Chhatanwaar under Krishnabrahm Police Outpost in Buxar district on September 27, 2020, evening, in connection with murder of an LIC Agent and seized one countrymade pistol, six live cartridges, 1.6 kg of Ganja, two motorcycles including a stolen one and a mobile phone from their possession.
The arrested miscreants were identified as Manish Kumar and Manoj Kumar of Nawanagar and Khesari Yadav of Badaki Bharauli in Buxar district.
Buxar SP Neeraj Kumar Singh said that some armed miscreants had shot dead an LIC agent on NH 84 near Kritsagar village under Krishnabrahm Police Outpost on September 24, 2020, and also looted his motorcycle and mobile phone. An FIR was lodged with Krishnabrahm Police Outpost in this connection. Police had received information that some miscreants had taken shelter at Chhatanwar village after which they immediately conducted at the village and arrested three miscreants along with firearms, Ganja, and two motorcycles.
