Buxar : Motorcycle borne miscreants shot dead an advocate of Buxar Civil Court near a petrol pump at Itadhi Mor under Buxar Muffasil police station in Buxar District on September 21, 2020, when he was going to the Civil Court and escaped.
Police brought the body over to Buxar Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. The deceased was identified as Kishore Kunal Pandey of Gurudas Mathia under Buxar Muffassil police station. Police recovered a blank cartridge from the spot. An FIR has been lodged with Buxar Muffasil police station on the statement of cousin brother of the deceased Vishwas Pandey and police are investigating the matter and also conducting raids to arrest the miscreants.
SHO, Buxar Muffasil police station, said that Kishore Kunal Pandey, son of Laxman Pandey, was going to Buxar Civil Court around10am on September 21. 2020, from his residence at Gurdas Mathia and when he reached near a petrol pump at Itadhi Road under Buxar Muffassil police station, some unidentified bike borne miscreants pumped a bullet into his head from point blank range and escaped from the spot. The local rushed him to Buxar Sadar Hospital where the doctor declared him brought dead.
