Businessman shot dead in Sitamarhi

Sitamarhi : Two unidentified bike borne criminals shot dead a businessman Md. Nayab, 25, near Kharbi Chowk on NH77 in Sitamarhi district on March 16, 2019. The deceased was a resident of village Mehsaul and owned a gate grill workshop.

Md. Nayab was going to Sonbarsa on bike when the two criminals fired on him. A police team headed by ASP (Operations) V S Singh visited the place of occurrence soon after the incident to inquire into it. Police seized two empty bullets from the spot.
The villagers blocked Azad Chowk for several hours that caused a lot of hardships to passengers, examinees and daily commuters. They were demanding immediate arrest of criminals involved in killing Md Nayab.
