Muzaffarpur : Unidentified criminals killed a businessman Ramashankar Singh at village Asiya under Gaighat police station in Muzaffarpur district on April 14, 2017, night by slitting his throat. The body of slain businessman was recovered from a maize field behind his house.
SSP, Muzaffarpur, Vivek Kumar, said that Ramashankar Singh, who dealt in tea leaves and tea gardens, had come to his village from Assam on April 13, 2017. The SSP said that police were investigating the case from different angles.
In another incident, criminals looted cash and other belongings of passengers of a bus on Sitamarhi road under Aurai police station in Muzaffarpur district
