Businessman killed, 2 injured in Bhojpur accident

Ara : An elderly person was killed while two others were injured when two motorcycles collided head-on near Kaur Mor on Ara-Mohania NH-30 under Jagdishpur police station in Bhojpur District on October 8, 2019.

Police brought the body to Ara Sadar Hospital for post-mortem and admitted the injured there. The deceased was identified as  businessman Jitan Sah, 60, of village Kaura under Jagdishpur police station while the injured were identified as Anil Chaudahry of Godhana Road under Nawada police station, Ara, and his brother-in-law (sala) Roushan Kumar

SHO, Jagdishpur police station, said that Anil Chaudhary along with his brother-in-law Roushan Kumar was going to Jagdishpur on motorcycle on October 8. When he reached near Kaura Mor under Jagdishpur police station, his motorcycle collided head-on with the motorcycle of Jitan Sah, who was coming to Ara from his village. Jitan Sah was killed on the spot while Anil Chaudhary and Roushan Kumar were seriously injured. Police seized both the motorcycles. An FIR was lodged by Jagdishpur police station in this connection.
