Patna : The BJP has suspended from the party for 6 years a district level leader of Sitamarhi district Manoj Baitha, the main accused in the Muzaffarpur accident in which a Bolero crushed to death nine school and injuring severak others on February 24, 2018. The Muzaffarpur district of BJP sent a comminication to state party headquarters in this connection on February 26, 2018. Baitha was allegedly driving the Bolero.
Police have already registered an FIR against Baitha in this connection following complaints from the locals. Senior BJP leader and Bihar Deputy CM Sushil Kumar Modi had said that police had been asked to take stern action against Baitha.
