Bike rider crushed to death by speeding truck at Danapur

Patna : A speeding truck crushed to death a bike rider near Danapur petrol pump on December 15 night. Bike rider Upendra, a native of Sultanpur, died on the spot. Police were searching for the truck and its driver.

Murder accused held: A team of Beur police station, Patna, on December 15 night arrested Shashikant Kumar, the main accused in the murder of compounder Sudhir Kumar on bypass road on July 29, 2016, from Tejpratapnagar Mor. Sudhir was absconding since the incident. Police had earlier attached Shashikant’s property.
