Bihar Utsav at Dilli Haat, Delhi, from Mar 16

New Delhi: Bihar Foundation Day is celebrated every year on March 22 since 2010. Department of Industry, Bihar government, is organising “Bihar Utsav 2017  and Handloom & Handicrafts Exhibition cum Sale” at Dilli Haat, INA   in Delhi, from March 16 to March 31, 2017, to mark the occasion.

Giving this information, Ashok Kumar Sinha, Deputy Director, Upendra Maharati Shilpa Anusandhan Sansthan, Patna, said the exhibition cum sale of handicraft and handloom product of Bihar made by artisans of Bihar, daily cultural programme by top artists, showcasing of art, culture and heritage of Bihar, showcasing of “Tourism, tradition, art & culture and ambience of Bihar” will be the highlight of Bihar Utsav. Apart from that,  Food Court featuring a menu of mouth watering Bihar Cuisine by Bihar tourism at INA Dilli haat will be also an attraction this year. There will be around 50 stalls of Handloom, Handicrafts and Food Court, said Sinha in a press release.
