Bihar Utsav 2018 at INA, Dilli Haat, Delhi, from Mar 16

New Delhi : Department of Industry, Bihar Government, is organizing a 15 day long “Bihar Utsav 2018  and Handloom & Handicrafts Exhibition cum Sale” at INA, Dilli Haat, in Delhi, from March 16  to March 31, 2018, to mark the Bihar Foundation Day celebration. Bihar Foundation Day is celebrated every year on March 22 since 2010. Bihar Utsav 2018 is being  organized in Delhi by Department of Industries, Bihar Government, and Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority (BIADA) ).

The exhibition has been decorated by the Axis communication as per the theme of tourism, tradition, art & culture and ambience of Bihar. The Exhibition cum sale of handicraft and handloom product of Bihar made by artisans of Bihar showcases art, culture and heritage of Bihar, and “Tourism, tradition, art & culture and ambience of Bihar”. Apart from this Food stalls offering Bihar Cuisine by Bihar tourism at INA Dilli haat will be also an attraction this year.

There will be a 3D replica of historical monuments, tradition art & culture at the entrance gate of Dilli Haat and around 118 stalls of Handloom, Handicrafts. Bhagalpuri silk, Mithila paintings, Siki products, Jute products like Jute jewellry, Tikuli Art, Nepura silk of Nalanda & famous handloom bedsheets of Biharsharif. Cultural programme and Musical evening will be organized on March 22, 23 and 24 at INA Dilli haat, according to a press release issued by the organisers.
