Patna : Active cases count increased to 45 in Bihar including 22 in Patna on October 15, 2021, as 5 more persons tested positive for Covid-19 in the state on October 14, down from 8 cases on October 13, 2021. The Active cases count was 41 in Bihar on October 14, 2021. The state did not report any new death due to Covid-19 in the last 24 hours and the toll remained static at 9,661 in the state on October 15.
Bihar has recorded 7,26,021 Covid-19 cases so far of which 7,16,314 patients have recovered including 1 in last 24 hours with the recovery rate (RR) standing at 98.66% on October 15, 2021. The state has tested 4,80,20,452 samples so far including 90,826 samples on October 14, 2021. The 5 new Covid-19 cases included 2 in Patna and 1 each in East Champaran, Samastipur, and Sitamarhi.
