Patna : Three-time champion Chennai Super Kings (CSK) scored 192/3 in 20 overs against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in IPL 2021 Final at Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Dubai, UAE, on October, 15, night, as opener Faf du Plessis scored 86 run in 59 balls hitting 7 fours and 3 sixes while Moeen Ali scored an unbeaten 37 in 20 balls with 2 fours and 3 sixes including 2 off fast medium bowler Shivam Mavi in 17th over. KKR had won the toss and opted to bowl.
du Plessis and Moeen Ali added 68 runs in 39 balls for the 3rd wicket. du Plessis fell to Mavi on the last ball of the 20th over .The South African reached his fifty in 35 balls.
