Patna Active cases jumped to 14,695 in Bihar including 5,802 in Patna on April 11, 2021, as 3,756 more persons including 1,382 from Patna, 302 from Bhagalpur, 290 from Gaya, 191 from Muzaffarpur, 165 from Jehanabad, 113 from Begusarai, 108 from Siwan, 102 from Munger, 85 from Arwal, 79 from Purnia, 76 from Saharsa, tested positive for Covid-19 on April 10, 2021. Bihar had recorded 3,469 new Covid cases on April 10, 2021.

The 3,756 new cases also included 66 from Saran, 46 from Sheikhpura, 43 from Aurangabad, 40 each from Samastipur and Nawada, 39 from West Champaran, 38 from Sitamarhi, 35 each from Vaishali, Banka, Nalanda and Darbhanga, 33 from Bhojpur,31 from Lakhisarai,26 from Gopalganj,25 from Madhubani, 24 from Katihar,  23 from Kishanganj, 22 from Araria, 19 from Supaul, and 17 each from Madhepura, Kaimur and Jamui.

With it,the Covid-19 cases recorded so far in Bihar rose to 2,83,229 on April 11, 2021, of which 2,66,923 patients have been declared cured including 1,053 in last 24 hours with the recovery rate (RR) further dropping to 94.24% from 95.13% on April 10, 201. Bihar has tested 2,45,69,965 samples so far including 99,023 samples on April 10, 2021.

The Covid-19 toll climbed to 1,610 in Bihar on April 11, 2021, with 6 new deaths being recorded in the state in last 24 hours including 2 from Banka, and 1 each from Patna, Gaya, Madhubani, and Nalanda. With it, the toll increased to 473 in Patna, 65 in Gaya, 61 in Nalanda, 37 in Madhubani, and 22 in Banka.
