Patna : Bihar Government on September 20, 2019, transferred five IPS officers including the SPs of Vaishali, Gopalganj, and Jamui District. The State Home ( Police) department issued a notification to this effect on September 20.
Vaishali SP Manavjit Singh Dhillon, a 2009 batch IPS officer, has been shifted and appointed SP, Special Task Force, Bihar. Jamui SP Jaggunnath Reddy Jallareddy, a 2013 batch IPS officer, has been transferred and appointed SP, Vaishali. Gopalganj SP Rashid Zama has been transferred and appointed, Commandant, Homeguards, with additional charge of Assistant State Fire Services Officer, Bihar.
Dr Enamul Haq Maingnu, a 2012 batch IPS Officer who was waiting for posting, has been appointed SP, Jamui. Manoj Kumar Tiwari, Commandant, Homeguards, has been transferred and appointed SP, Gopalganj.
