Patna:  CM Nitish Kumar on Monday said that the MoU signed between the state government and Asian Disaster Preparedness Centre (ADPC) , Bangkok, Thailand, would help in the implementation of Bihar Disaster Risk Minimisation Roadmap 2015-2030. The chief minister was the chief guest during the signing of the MoU between State Disaster Management department and ADPC on Monday. He said except for two years, Bihar had not received n0rmal rain during the last eight year. The state faces both flood and drought conditions simultaneously. He said flood is not related with rainfall. Whenever Bihar faces flood situation it is due to Nepal which has become a mater of national concern, said Nitish. The CM said as far as earthquake goes Bihar falls under Seismic Zone IV and Zone V.
