Bihar Govt promotes 8 IAS officers of 2010 batch to Addl. Secretary rank

Patna : Bihar Government on March 18, 2019, promoted 8 IAS officers of 2010 batch to Additional Secretary rank ( Junior Administrative Grade) with effect from January 1, 2019. The General Administration Department issued a notification to this effect on March 18.

The 8 IAS officers promoted on March 18, 2019, are : Rajiv Raushan, DM, Vaishali, Kaushal Kishore, Joint Secretary, Health Department, Kanwal Tanuj, Joint Secretary, Rural Development Department, Chandrashekhar Singh, Joint Secretary, CM Secretariat, Ms Rachna Patil, Registrar, Co-operative Society, Animesh Kumar Parashar, DM, Gopalganj, Raj Kumar, Director, Social Security, and Himanshu Kumar Rai, Joint Secretary, General Administration Department.
