Bihar Govt. promotes 8 IAS officers of 2006 Batch to Spl. Secretary Rank

Patna : Bihar Government on January 27, 2020, promoted eight IAS officers of 2006 batch to the rank of Special Secretary  (Selection Grade). They are : Pradeep Kumar, Abhay Raj, Mithilesh Kumar, Vivekanand Jha, Arshad Aziz, Shobhendra Kumar Chaudhary, Harendra Nath Dubey, and Ishwar Chandra Sinha.  The General Administration Department issued a notification to this effect on January 27, 2020, itself.

Shyam Bihari Meena, a 2014 batch IAS officer and Deputy Secretary, Diaster Management Department, has been promoted to Joint Secretary rank.
