Patna : Bihar Government on December 29, 2020, promoted six 2009 batch IAS officer to the rank of Special Secretary ( Selection Grade).
The promoted IAS officers are : B Kartikeya, Pranav Kumar, Giriwar Dayal Singh, Satish Kumar Singh, Sanjay Dubey, and Dr Sanjay Sinha. The General Administration Department (GAD) issued a notification to this effect on December 29 itself.
