Patna : Bihar governor Ram Nath Kovind on January 25 congratulated Bihar School of Yoga, Munger, principal, Swami Niranjanand Saraswati for being honoured with `Padma Bhusan' award by the President of India. He also congratulated Ms Baua Devi for being conferred on `Padma Shri’ award by the President for her Madhubani paintings.
