Patna: Bihar cabinet, at its meeting held on September 15, gave its approval to construction of boundarywall around temples across the state. The meeting was presided by CM Nitish Kumar. The cabinet also gave its approval to launch of Students’ Credit Card scheme for students passing + 2 exam from October 2, 2016. Under the scheme, such students will get intrest free loan up to Rs 4 lakh  each to pursue higher studies. The cabinet also approved a state home department proposal to pay compensation to victims of Gopalganj hooch tragedy in August this year.
