Bhojpur SP suspends SI, Charpokhri PS, for dereliction of duty

Ara : Bhojpur SP Sushil Kumar on March 13, 2020, suspended a Sub-Inspector (SI) posted at Charpokhari police station (PS) Pramod Kumar Singh and an abditory (Malkhana) Incharge, Ara Civil Court, with immediate effect for dereliction of duty.

Bhojpur SP Sushil Kumar said that a miscreant succeeded in getting bail taking advantage of Section 167 IPC because the Investigating Officer did not file chargesheet and case diary in the court on time. As the news came to his knowledge, he took it very seriously and  suspended the SI posted at Charpokhari police station Pramod Kumar Singh. The SP also suspended the Malkhanaa Incharge, Ara Civil Court, for the same reason.
