Bhojpur police paste Ishtehars on wall of houses of 6 murder case accused evading arrest

Ara : Police, at the direction of Ara Civil Court, pasted Proclamation Notices (Ishtehars) on the walls of houses of six absconders under Narayanpur police station in Bhojpur district on January 9, 2020, in connection with murder of two persons.

SHO, Narayanpur police station, said that some miscreants had shot dead Vishal Kumar, son of a school Headmaster at village Chhaprapur village under Narayanpur police station on October 25, 2019. An FIR was lodged with Narayanpur police station against four persons : Vikas Singh, Md Salauddin, Chhote Sah, and Amarjeet Sah.

Again on October 29, 2019, a businessman Hari Ji was shot dead at Narayanpur Bazaar under Narayanpur police station and a named FIR was lodged with Narayanpur police station against seven persons including Vikas Singh. Police arrested four persons including Vikas Singh and sent them to jail but three persons Satyendra Singh, Monu Singh and Vicky Singh could not be arrested.

Police prayed to the court to issue Ishtehar to be pasted on the walls of the six absconders. The court ordered and police pasted proclamation notices (Ishtehars) on the walls of Satyendra Singh, Monu Singh, Vicky Singh, Md Salauddin, Chhote Singh, and Amarjeet Singh. Now the police would pray to the court to issue warrant of property attachment against these absconders if they do not surrender or appear before in the court.
