Bhojpur administration lodges FIR against HAM (S) leader

Ara : Executive Magistrate, Ara, Vinod Kumar, on June 1, 2019, instituted a named FIR with Nawada police station, Ara,  against the national Spokesperson, HAM (Secular), Danish Rizwan, in connection with posting of derogatory remarks on the social media against former Bhojpur DM Sanjeev Kumar and his father.

Executive Magistrate, Ara, Vinod Kumar, said that Danish Rizwan is hand in glove with the criminals and land mafias and several cases of murder, rangdari, and land capturing are pending against him with different police station and so the Bhojpur district administration had cancelled his arms license. He said that Danish Rizwan was trying to get arms license once again and was also trying to malign the image of Bhojpur district administration. With the publication of notification regarding transfer of the DM Sanjeev Kumar on May 29, 2019, Danish Rizwan, once again pressurised the officials of Bhojpur district administration and posted some derogatory remarks against the outgoing DM Sanjeev Kumar and his father Chandrika Prasad Yadav to tarnish the image of Bhojpur district administration, Kumar claimed in his FIR.

Danish Rizwan posted in the social media alleging that the outgoing Bhojpur DM Sanjeev Kumar and his father Chankrika Prasad Yadav sold out acres of land of churches and trust board in Bhojpur district through the middlemen and also got mutation done.
