Bhambri 116 in ATP rankings, Nagal jumps 96 places in rankings

Patna : Sumit Nagal, 20, India, who on November 25, 2017, won the ATP Bengaluru Open Challengers  at Bengaluru, has jumped 96 places in the ATP rankings released on November 27, to be ranked 225 in the world with 233 points. Nagal, a former Wimbledon Junior  doubles Champion, hails from Haryana.

Yuki Bhambri, who had lost to Nagal in the semifinals of Bengaluru Challenger, has jumped six places to be ranked 116 in the ATP latest rankings with 509 points. Bhambri had won the ATP Pune Challenger. Ramkumar Ramnathan, India, has jumped two places to be ranked 137 with 407 points. Prajnesh Gunneswaran has slipped 4 places to be placed 256 in the ATP rankings with 200 points.

Sasi Kumar Mukundi, India, ranked 418 jumping 11 places with 93 points while Vishnu Vardhan,India, is ranked 506 jumping three places. Vijay Sundar Prashanth, India, is ranked 557 jumping 31 places with 57 points while Saket Myneni, India, is ranked 613 jumping two places with 43 points. Arjun Khade, India, is ranked 752 in latest ATP rankings jumping 6 places with 25 points .

Rafael Nadal, 31, Spain, continues to be at the top of ATP rankings with 10,645 points while Roger Federer, 36, Switzerland, continues to occupy the second position with 9,605 points. Grigor Dimitrov, 26, Bulgaria, remains at 3rd in the ATP rankings with 5,150 points while Alexander Zverev, 20, Germany, is number 4 with 4,610 points and Domic Thiem, 24, is 5th in the ATP rankings with 4,015 points. Marin Cilic, 29, Croatia, is ranked 6th in the ATP rankings with 3,805 points while David Goffin, 26, Belgium, is ranked 7th with 3,775 points. Jack Sock, 25, US, is ranked 8th with 3,165 points.
