Bank employee shot at, injured at Bhojpur village

Ara : A bank employee Anand Raj Anu was shot at and injured at village Jaipur under Udwantnagar police station in Bhojpur district on December 11, 2017. He was admitted to Ara Sadar Hospital. The police arrested the accused along with firearms and forwarded him to jail.
Anand Raj Anu, son of Heera Singh, was going to his farm at village Jaipur on December 11 when Upendra Singh, son of Jaimangal Singh, came and demanded ‘Rangdari’ (extortion amount) from him at pistol point. When Anand refused, Upendra Singh fired on him injuring him seriously.
