Sasaram : Five police personnel were injured when some stonechips mafia attacked a police team near Amra pond in Rohtas district on December 11, 2017. The injured police personnel were admitted to Sasaram Sadar Hospital.
Inspector Dharmveer Singh, Mines and Geology Department, said that they got information that trucks and tractors loaded with stonechips were going to the market. He along with police force immediately conducted raids and seized half- a- dozen trucks and tractors loaded with stonechips. When they were taking the seized vehicle to Sasaram, around 50 persons attacked the police team in which 5 police personnel were injured.
