Sitamarhi: The incessant rain since July 16 has raised the water level of river Bagmati at Dubba Ghat in Sheohar district. According to Water resources department official D S pathak, river Bagmati was  flowing 30 cm above danger mark at Dubba Ghat on Tuesday evening. The river is exerting pressure at several points on both sides of the
embankments. Sheohar DM Raj Kumar has issued alert warning to officials. He has directed them to remain vigilant and ready to handle any situation.
