Speed Post News NetworkBagaha : The local administration is yet to make arrangements for bonfire at crowded places like court, bus stand, railway stations and chowks of Bagaha Town even as cold wave is sweeping different parts of West Champaran district including Bagaha, a Sub-divisional town. The people are reeling under severe cold at Bagaha but neither the local administration nor the Nagar Parishad appear bothered about it. The poor are seen shivering at different places. The local administration has not distributed blankets among poor.
