Bagaha: A  Ramnagar police station team led by its SHO Rajesh Kumar and comprising Sub- Inspector (SI) R K Singh and other cops on September 6, 2018, arrested two criminals: Raj Kumar, 21, son of Manish Kumar, and Munna Kumar, 22, son of  Binod Prasad, both residents of Basantpur under Sathi police station in West Champaran district, from Parsauni Chowk under Chautarawa police station in Bagaha Police District with a loaded countrymade gun, four live round, and a bike. The arrested criminals had gathered at Parsauni to commit crime. Their accomplice Rabindra Kumar was arrested from Lauria by West Chamaparn police the same day.

SP, Bagaha Police District, Arbind Kumar Gupta,on September 7 said that the arrested criminals had looted the belongings of a Government School teacher Rajiv Kumar loot case. Ramnagar police have busted the gang and recovered Rajiv Kumar’s  looted valuables on the confessional statement of the arrested criminals. The arrested criminals admitted that they were also involved in a robbery under Gopalpur police station in West Champaran in which they had looted Rs 1.30 lakh from a private finance company Manager Mantu Sah on August 21, 2018. Sah was returning from Gopalpur to Bettiah after collecting  money from clients.
