Bagaha court sentences to life imprisonment kidnapping case accused

Ara :  Additional District and Sessions Judhe I, Bagaha, Dipak Kumar Singh on September 11, 2017, sentenced to life imprisonment Hiralal Kushwaha in a kidnapping for ransom case lodged with Laukaria police station on March 11, 20o6. Hiralal Kushwaha and Janardan Giri had kidnapped one Jaishri Baghat  and released him after payment of Rs 25,000 as  as ransom by his kin., Janardan Giri died earlier, according to Assistant Public Prosecutor (APP) Birendar Kumar Mall.
