Australia declare at 442/8 in 2nd test at Adelaide, Eng 29/1

Patna : Replying to Australia’s 442/8 declared, England were 29/1 at stumps in their first innings in the second Ashes test at Adelaide Oval, Adelaide, Australia, on December 3, 2017, with opener A Cook batting on 11 and J Vince on Zero not out. Australian fast bowler Mitchell Starc took the wicket of opener M Stoneman. Stoneman scored 18.

For Australia, Shaun Marsh remained unbeaten on 126 in 231 balls. Fast bowlers Craig Overton took 3/105 and Stuart Broad 2/72.  Australia lead the five match Ashes series 1-0 having won the first test at Brisbane.
